Brilliant Russian film! The visuals are so intriguingly graphic that you dont have to understand the language, might be interesting with english subtitles though.
I havent seen a horror movie as well shot in awhile, if ever, the plot is quite thick - but I highly recommend it.
Vampires, ancient light and dark powers, witches, and a fucked up owl/shapeshifter fight over a child. Everyone is bloody, cant tell the good from the bad. Xcept maybe the invisible vampire prostitute.
2004 fantasy action horror film by the Kazakstan-born film director Timur Bekmambetov. It is loosely based on The Night Watch, and is the first part of a trilogy, followed by Day Watch and ending with the 2009 release of Twilight Watch .
